PROJECT SUMMARY
Healthcare environments rely on fast, reliable access to patient information at the point of care. To support this need, GST deployed over 1,300 mobile electronic medical record (EMR) workstations by preparing and delivering fully assembled Ergotron StyleView carts with integrated power systems and accessories. Through centralized staging, quality assurance validation, and coordinated logistics, GST minimized onsite setup while enabling the organization to quickly expand its mobile clinical infrastructure and maintain uninterrupted patient care workflows.
Key Tasks Included:
- Staged, cataloged, and inspected EMR cart components—including frames, batteries, and charging docks—to verify integrity, compatibility, and deployment readiness.
- Performed full mechanical and electrical assembly of Ergotron StyleView EMR carts, integrating rechargeable battery systems, LiFeKinnex smart battery docks, and clinical accessories.
- Conducted structured quality assurance validation to confirm mechanical stability, battery installation, and accessory integration prior to delivery.
- Coordinated consolidated delivery of fully assembled workstations, eliminating onsite build requirements and enabling rapid deployment across clinical departments.
Through careful planning, controlled staging, and precision assembly, GST delivered a turnkey mobile workstation solution that enabled expanded clinical mobility with minimal disruption. By providing fully assembled and validated EMR carts, GST eliminated time-consuming onsite configuration while ensuring consistency across all deployed workstations. The project highlights GST’s ability to deliver scalable deployment services, coordinated logistics, and integration expertise—resulting in a streamlined rollout of mobile clinical technology that supports efficient workflows and reliable point-of-care access to patient information.

CHALLENGE
Healthcare organizations depend on reliable mobile access to patient information to support fast-paced clinical workflows. To meet this need, the organization required a large-scale deployment of mobile electronic medical record (EMR) workstations that could be rapidly distributed across clinical environments without disrupting daily operations. The challenge extended beyond simply delivering equipment—it required a structured approach to staging, assembly, quality validation, and logistics coordination to ensure every workstation arrived fully prepared for immediate use while maintaining consistency and reliability across more than a thousand devices.
