Key Tasks Included: 

• Staged, cataloged, and inspected EMR cart components—including frames, batteries, and charging docks—to verify integrity, compatibility, and deployment readiness.
• Performed full mechanical and electrical assembly of Ergotron StyleView EMR carts, integrating rechargeable battery systems, LiFeKinnex smart battery docks, and clinical accessories.
• Conducted structured quality assurance validation to confirm mechanical stability, battery installation, and accessory integration prior to delivery.
• Coordinated consolidated delivery of fully assembled workstations, eliminating onsite build requirements and enabling rapid deployment across clinical departments.
