The scope ranged from wireless collaboration and interactive presentations to a fully rack-integrated conference room with enterprise-grade audio, PTZ video, and Crestron control.

Key Tasks Included: 

• Installed BenQ Board Pro 4K displays paired with Bose Videobar VB1 conferencing bars and Barco ClickShare receivers, enabling seamless touch control for room PCs and guest laptops.
• Designed a full signal chain featuring NDI video networking, Dante audio, DSP processing, 70V distributed speakers, and Crestron touch panel control in the flagship conference room.
• Handled all low-voltage cabling, rack build-out, system testing, and end-user training across all six rooms.

By combining advanced AV integration with a scalable deployment strategy, GST transformed six collaboration environments into fully functional meeting spaces — enhancing communication, streamlining hybrid workflows, and delivering a consistent user experience across every room.
