Bassett Unified School District launched a district-wide security upgrade to expand surveillance coverage and strengthen campus safety. The district supplied new outdoor cameras, while GST was engaged to install the backbone that would bring the system to life, running Cat6 cabling, installing conduit, and building the mounting infrastructure across seven school sites. Each camera was securely positioned and fine-tuned for optimal visibility, supported by fully tested terminations and organized patching.

Key Tasks Included: 

• Deployed new Cat6 cabling to camera locations across seven campuses, with conduit added where needed for secure and compliant routing.
• Installed district-provided cameras and worked with Bassett USD staff to fine-tune fields of view for maximum coverage.
• Organized and terminated cabling through new Panduit patch panels to deliver a scalable, easy-to-manage infrastructure.
• Terminated and tested all cabling to meet Cat6 standards, ensuring reliable performance and long-term integrity.
