Golden Star Technology modernized the CSUSB Event Center with a flexible, high-performance audiovisual solution that integrates seamlessly with existing room layouts and infrastructure. The upgrade introduced centralized AV routing, enhanced projection capabilities, and intuitive system control to simplify operation across multiple spaces. This project transformed the Event Center into an adaptable AV environment capable of supporting presentations, campus events, and dynamic multi-room configurations.

Key Tasks Included: 

• Engineered and deployed a shared 10×8 matrix switching system with HDBaseT signal extension to support reliable source routing and room-combining operation.
• Upgraded projection and display capabilities by installing a 10K laser projector and mobile confidence monitor, while centrally integrating all AV equipment for optimal performance.
• Programmed and configured custom touch and button control interfaces to enable intuitive operation, room-combine logic, and automated system functions.

GST transformed CSUSB’s Event Center into a modern, flexible AV environment through precise engineering, detailed installation, and system programming. The resulting solution enhances performance, simplifies operation, and delivers a scalable architecture built to support the University’s evolving event needs. This project underscores GST’s ability to deliver end-to-end AV solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure, empowering staff, elevating the event experience, and reinforcing GST as a trusted partner for complex, multi-room audiovisual environments.
