• Prepared the space for a Samsung video wall by managing all power, back box, and structural requirements.
• Integrated PTZ camera, ceiling-array microphone, and USB bridging for seamless Zoom, Teams, and Skype conferencing.
• Delivered dual touch panels with custom programming for effortless control of sources, layouts, and system automation.
• Installed nine ceiling speakers with DSP-based echo cancellation to ensure crystal-clear, evenly distributed sound.

This project was more than an equipment refresh, it transformed LAPD’s executive conference room into a command-ready communication hub built for clarity, reliability, and control.
