The Orange County Department of Education Service Region turned to Golden Star Technology, Inc. for a complete, turnkey audio-visual upgrade. GST’s solution was carefully crafted to enhance how presentations are delivered, simplify system control, and create a more engaging, collaborative meeting space. By integrating client-provided displays with a unified AV switching and amplification system, ceiling-mounted speakers, and intuitive control interfaces, GST delivered a high-performance, user-friendly environment tailored to the needs of educational professionals.

Key Tasks Included: 

  • Designed and integrated an AV system combining client-provided Sony Bravia displays with Extron switching, amplification, and control hardware.
  • Programmed Extron 6-button wall controller for simplified source selection, synchronized display power, and volume control.
  • Installed Extron flat field ceiling speakers and optimized audio coverage for the conference space.
  • Mounted Extron ceiling storage enclosure for discreet housing of AV components and connected to existing electrical infrastructure.
  • Delivered system commissioning, end-user training, and complete documentation including as-builts and configuration files.
