PROJECT SUMMARY

GST led a coordinated refresh of over 400 endpoint devices at Los Angeles Valley College across lab and faculty environments, delivering a fully managed, end-to-end deployment. The project followed a structured, multi-phase approach to prepare, deploy, secure, and retire equipment efficiently. Through synchronized imaging and staged installation, GST delivered standardized, fully configured endpoints in a single rollout with minimal campus disruption.

Key Tasks Included:

  • Performed structured batch imaging, hardware validation, and quality checks to ensure deployment-ready systems before campus delivery.
  • Implemented serialized asset tagging and consolidated reporting to provide accurate lifecycle tracking and inventory accountability.
  • Coordinated palletized logistics and multi-team onsite deployment, completing full workstation builds with structured cabling, peripheral integration, and physical security measures.

Through disciplined planning and coordinated execution, GST delivered a seamless campus-wide endpoint modernization. By guiding the full deployment lifecycle with precision and accountability, GST reinforced its capability to support high-volume, multi-environment rollouts while helping maintain operational continuity within a higher education setting.

CHALLENGE

Los Angeles Valley College required a structured approach to modernize its lab and faculty endpoint environments. The challenge went beyond replacing devices — it required deploying hundreds of systems with consistent configurations, accurate asset tracking, and coordinated onsite execution. A streamlined rollout strategy was essential to standardize environments and ensure each workstation was fully deployment-ready upon installation.
